Mon – Fri: 7:30 – 19:30
Weekends: No standard access
Access outside regular hours is exceptional.
Hallway must remain clear at all times. It is part of the emergency access route, so keep personal items, equipment, and storage inside your workspace.
Maintain respectful noise levels at all times. No loud music or disruptive activities. Respect the neighbours.
Each member of your team receives access codes. Do not share these. Report compromised codes immediately. A security camera monitors the hallway.
Your team is responsible for keeping their workspace tidy and sorting waste correctly. Collection and disposal are included in the all-in arrangement. Access to your space is required for agreed maintenance and cleaning activities.
Electricity and basic internet are included subject to fair use. Activities such as cryptocurrency mining or running full-time servers fall outside the scope of the all-in arrangement and will be discussed separately. Please report infrastructure issues promptly.
Pets are not permitted. A dog is present on the ground floor and may access shared areas under supervision.
We welcome personalisation of your workspace. Any structural changes, renovations, installations, or work that may impact the building or surrounding environment must be discussed and agreed with us in advance.

A detailed usage agreement and lease terms will be agreed before signing. The above principles form the baseline.
About SaffierSpace
I'm Dirk. I work as a programmer and team leader, focusing on data strategy and technical direction. For years, I worked remotely from smaller spaces, but I needed something more: a place where I could welcome clients and team members, and where focused work could happen without noise or interruption.
I was fortunate to find this space right next door to where I live. It is more than I need, but it offers exactly what I was looking for: light, calm, connection, and focus. I can now share it with teams who are looking for the same thing: a dedicated place where they can settle in and do their best work.
