We only collect personal data that you actively submit via a contact or inquiry form on this site. This applies to the following forms:

divakru — main contact form (name, email)
SaffierSpace — workspace inquiry form (name, email, company, industry, team size, VAT number, timeline, description)
divakru flights — drone video inquiry form (name, email, project type, description)

The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. There is no other purpose, no profiling, and no use for marketing.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data processor: FormSubmit

Form submissions are processed and delivered via FormSubmit.co, a third-party form submission service. FormSubmit acts as a data processor on our behalf. Submitted data is transmitted to our inbox and is not retained by FormSubmit beyond delivery. No data is stored on their servers after successful delivery.

5. Retention

We do not operate a database of form submissions. Once received in our inbox, your data is treated as correspondence and handled accordingly. We do not retain it longer than necessary to handle your inquiry.

6. Fonts and third-party requests

This website uses self-hosted fonts. No font files are loaded from Google Fonts or any other external CDN. No tracking cookies are set and no third-party analytics are used.
