2. What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data that you actively submit via a contact or inquiry form on this site. This applies to the following forms:

• SaffierSpace: workspace inquiry form. Name, email and company are required; number of people and a message are optional.
• divakru flights: drone video inquiry form. Name, email, project type, location and description are required; indoor or outdoor and flight over people are optional.

The SaffierSpace form also technically transmits which button you used to open it and which language the page was in. That contains no personal data.

The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to arrange a viewing. There is no other purpose, no profiling, and no use for marketing.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

For optional measurement cookies used for conversion tracking, processing is also based on your consent, provided via the cookie banner before those cookies are set.

4. Data processor: FormSubmit

Form submissions are processed and delivered via FormSubmit.co, a third-party form submission service. FormSubmit acts as a data processor on our behalf. Submitted data is transmitted to our inbox and is not retained by FormSubmit beyond delivery. No data is stored on their servers after successful delivery.

5. Retention

We do not operate a database of form submissions. Once received in our inbox, your data is treated as correspondence and handled accordingly. We do not retain it longer than necessary to handle your inquiry.

6. Fonts, cookies and conversion measurement

This website uses self-hosted fonts. No font files are loaded from Google Fonts or any other external CDN.

When you give consent in the cookie banner, we load Google Ads conversion tracking (Google tag) on the SaffierSpace page to measure whether SaffierSpace inquiries are submitted after ad interactions. This may place optional measurement cookies and send technical event data (such as page context and conversion events) to Google.

If you decline cookies, Google Ads conversion tracking is not loaded.

No Google Ads conversion tracking is currently active on divakru flights pages.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
• Change your cookie preference at any time by clearing this site’s browser storage and choosing again when prompted
• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be)
